Description
As the Director of Talent Acquisition at Hurix Digital, you will be responsible for leading recruitment, global sourcing, outsourcing, and vendor partnerships across India and the US. Your role will involve designing and implementing hiring strategies, driving outsourced staffing initiatives, and establishing a strong vendor ecosystem to support agile and scalable hiring models. Collaborating closely with Business Heads, HR Leadership, and Global Delivery Teams, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality talent pipelines for both full-time positions and project-based outsourcing requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies for the Indian and US markets. - Defining hiring models for various talent needs such as full-time, freelance, consulting, and outsourced roles. - Establishing efficient hiring processes for technology, content, learning, and project teams. You will also oversee global sourcing activities, including direct and passive sourcing, talent mapping, and compliance management for the US region. Managing the sourcing of specialized roles like SMEs, Instructional Designers, content developers, and Engineers will be crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing recruitment vendors and sourcing partners in India and the US. Negotiating vendor contracts, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring cost-effective outcomes will be part of your role. Leading the internal Talent Acquisition team, you will mentor and scale the team to meet growth targets. You will drive the adoption of ATS platforms like Zoho Recruit, ensure dashboard visibility, and provide hiring analytics. Strengthening Hurix Digital's employer brand through recruitment branding initiatives will also be a key focus area.
