Director of Product Management

Role Overview: GoodScore is seeking a Director - Product to lead the product strategy and execution in a fast-paced B2C startup environment. As the Director, you will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring a seamless user journey. Key Responsibilities: - Own all the key metrics and KPIs for multiple products - Lead & mentor a team of product managers and analysts, ensuring their growth and success - Define and drive the long-term product roadmap and short-term sprints - Identify & implement new features that improve customer experience and expand market reach - Leverage data & insights to make informed product decisions with a strong business sense - Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in product management, preferably in a high-growth B2C startup - Bachelors degree from a tier-1 college (Engineering, Business, or related field) - Proven track record of building and scaling web and mobile products with a deep understanding of user behavior - Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a customer-first mindset - Experience in managing teams with 5+ people - Experience of scaling fintech products or products for the Bharat audience is a plus Location: This is a full-time, on-site role based in GoodScore's Bellandur, Bangalore office, with a 5-day workweek.,
