Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Director of People Operations & Sales Enablement - Commission Based. The Director will be responsible for overseeing human resources activities, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additionally, the role involves performance management and sales enablement activities to drive the startup's growth and success.

Qualifications

• HR skills including Human Resources (HR), HR Policies, and Employee Relations
• Knowledge and experience in Performance Management and Labor and Employment Law
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the startup ecosystem and/or entrepreneurship is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
