Director of Growth & User Acquisition | Consumer Apps

Role Overview: You are a Strong Head of Growth / Retention / Acquisition with a focus on B2C Apps. Your role involves leading the app acquisition, growth, and retention efforts for digital products. You should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in this field and a proven track record of driving acquisition, engagement, retention, churn reduction, and conversion for large-scale consumer apps. Additionally, you must have experience in leading teams and collaborating across product, tech, and marketing departments. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize expertise in mobile app analytics, funnel optimization, A/B testing, growth experimentation, customer insight generation, marketing automation tools, and dashboarding for KPI visibility. - Drive acquisition, engagement, retention, churn reduction, and conversion for B2C apps. - Lead a team and collaborate across product, tech, and marketing departments. - Optimize app store presence through App Store Optimization (ASO). - Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools.
