Role Overview: As the Senior Director Compliance, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the organization's authority on compliance, collaborating closely with the VP IA & RM and the Legal Head. You will be tasked with designing, implementing, and enhancing a proactive compliance framework to ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and internal governance requirements while upholding the highest ethical standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead enterprise-wide compliance identification, assessment, training, and assurance activities. - Monitor regulatory changes and adjust compliance programs, policies, SOPs, and controls accordingly. - Develop and maintain compliance dashboards, reports, KPIs, and working papers for senior management, Audit Committee, and regulators. - Oversee compliance audits, investigations, and remediation actions, including root cause analysis and process improvements. - Design and execute an integrated compliance risk management framework. - Collaborate closely with Legal, Internal Audit, business leaders, external auditors, and specialist firms. - Foster a strong culture of compliance through training, awareness, and governance discipline. - Build and develop compliance talent, competency frameworks, and succession planning. Qualifications & Experience: - Professional qualification in Law, Compliance, or related field; compliance certification preferred - 15+ years in compliance, including 5+ years in leadership roles - Experience in large MNCs with global exposure (USA/Europe preferred), ideally in manufacturing - Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, data privacy (e.g., GDPR), and governance practices - Proven experience presenting to senior leadership / C-suite - Willingness to travel between Bangalore and Coimbatore Role Overview: As the Senior Director Compliance, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the organization's authority on compliance, collaborating closely with the VP IA & RM and the Legal Head.
