• ServiceNow & Salesforce project implementations

Commission Structure (FROM NET PROFIT)

• 50% of NET PROFIT

  on self-closed business

• No earning cap

If recruiters are involved:

• 40% of NET PROFIT

  – BD Partner

• 10% of NET PROFIT

  – Recruiter

NET PROFIT = Client payout – taxes – company operating costs

after client payment is received
