👥 Build & Scale Your Own Recruitment Team

hire, manage, and scale your own team of recruiters

• Want to build a team of

  5, 10, or more recruiters

  ? You can.
• You independently manage sourcing, delivery, and performance.

Commission structure when recruiters are involved:

• 40% commission

  to you as the Sales / BD Partner

• 10% commission

  to the recruiter handling the closure

(Commission applies per successful placement.)

🔁 Replacement Ownership (Non-Negotiable)

• Any

  replacement within the agreed replacement period

  must be handled

  by the same recruiter or recruiter team

  that closed the original position.
• The company’s internal team will

  not handle replacements

  for partner-closed roles.
