Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Business Development and Property Acquisition based in Gurugram. The responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new properties, developing business strategies to expand the portfolio, negotiating acquisition deals, and fostering relationships with property owners and real estate agents. The Director will also be responsible for market analysis, strategic planning, and ensuring the brand's growth and profitability objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in business development, property acquisition, and strategic planning
• Experience in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities
• Proficiency in negotiation and contract management
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners and real estate agents
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Background in the hospitality industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
