Zenoti is seeking a data-driven leader to serve as the
Director - Marketing Analytics
, responsible for defining and driving the marketing analytics strategy that powers our global growth engine. This role will lead the development and execution of a robust analytics framework to measure marketing performance, support strategic decision-making, and deliver insights that directly impact revenue outcomes. You will be the linchpin between Marketing, Sales, and Finance, bringing clarity through data. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in sales and marketing measurement, website analytics, attribution, and reporting systems, and is passionate about building scalable, insight-rich dashboards and KPIs that guide GTM leaders.
Key Responsibilities

Analytics Strategy & Execution:
Define and implement a comprehensive marketing analytics strategy, including KPIs, dashboards, and attribution models to track performance across all channels and campaigns. -
Reporting & Business Reviews:
Lead the creation of regular marketing reports and dashboards that communicate pipeline contribution, funnel metrics, ROI, and actual vs. target performance. Own and run the Weekly Business Review (WBR)
to guide executive actions. -
Cross-Functional Insights & Decision Support:
Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to translate data into actionable insights, optimize GTM investments, and improve marketing effectiveness across segments. -
Attribution & Measurement Systems:
Leverage tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot and BI platforms
to develop advanced attribution frameworks, track customer journeys, and evaluate campaign and content performance. -
Data Quality & Governance:
Work closely with operations and technology teams to ensure data integrity, hygiene, and consistency across marketing systems and analytics infrastructure. -
Forecasting & Planning:
Support marketing leadership in developing data-driven forecasts, budget allocation models, and pipeline coverage analysis to improve strategic planning.
Qualifications

10+ years of experience in
marketing analytics, marketing operations, or revenue analytics
, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments. -
Bachelors or Masters degree in
Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics
, or a related quantitative discipline. -
Proven experience creating and scaling
marketing performance dashboards
and analytics frameworks across complex funnel structures. -
Strong command of
BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
and fluency in marketing tech platforms like Hubspot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
. -
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, with hands-on experience in
data modeling

Strong understanding of
attribution methodologies
and how to tie marketing actions to pipeline and revenue impact. -
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills - able to present data clearly to executives and cross-functional teams.

High attention to detail, structured thinking, and a relentless focus on performance improvement.
Preferred Experience

Experience working in
marketing operations or revenue operations
with a deep understanding of demand generation and funnel metrics. -
Exposure to
product-led growth (PLG) metrics
and self-serve funnel analytics. -
Familiarity with SQL, Power BI and marketing data warehouses is a plus.
