Role Overview: At Intuitive, you will be part of a pioneering company dedicated to advancing minimally invasive care through innovative technology and solutions. As the Director of Market Access and Custom Analytics (MACA) for India, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient access and demonstrate the value of Intuitive technology to healthcare organizations. Your responsibilities will focus on driving access to Intuitive technology, developing evidence-based strategies, and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize patient care pathways. Key Responsibilities: - Accelerate patient access to Intuitive technology by providing advanced analytics and strategic support to healthcare organizations, addressing access barriers and enhancing coordination. - Develop clinical, financial, and operational models to evaluate the impact and value of Intuitive technology deployment, including cost-effectiveness assessments and throughput analysis. - Identify best practices and incorporate them into educational programs to support the growth and value of the Asia Regional MACA organization. - Gather feedback from healthcare stakeholders to inform product development and enhance patient access through collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Support the development and delivery of digital products and data offerings to improve patient outcomes and access to care. - Collaborate with hospitals, healthcare systems, and advocacy groups to drive initiatives that enhance patient access and optimize healthcare delivery in India. Qualifications: - Minimum Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or an advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) with 8+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, market access, or peri-operative leadership. - Proven track record of leading change management strategies and presenting strategy recommendations to senior healthcare executives. - Strong understanding of clinical pathways, peri-operative staffing, and healthcare data sources in India. - Experience in LEAN, Kaizen, or management consulting is desirable. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 40%). - Fluency in English is required.
