Role Overview: At Intuitive, you will join a team dedicated to advancing minimally invasive care through ingenuity and intelligent technology. As the Director of Market Access and Custom Analytics (MACA) for India, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing applied health economic patient access strategies. Your primary function will involve working with hospitals and hospital systems in India to demonstrate the clinical, financial, and operational value of Intuitive technology through real-world evidence case studies. By collaborating with the commercial sales organization, you will accelerate patient access and drive strategic growth initiatives to address regional challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Accelerate patient access to Intuitive technology by consulting with healthcare organizations to remove access, belief, and coordination constraints. - Develop clinical, financial, and operational modeling, product utilization analyses, and cost-effectiveness valuing related to Intuitive technology deployment. - Incorporate regional best practice references into educational programs and provide voice-of-customer feedback to address healthcare stakeholders" challenges. - Assist in discovering, defining, and delivering digital products and data offerings to improve patient access. - Collaborate with hospitals, hospital systems, professional societal groups, policymakers, and advocacy groups in India to enhance patient access. Qualifications: - Minimum Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 8+ years of experience in peri-operative leadership, healthcare consulting, market access, or strategy development. - Proven record of leading change management strategies and presenting strategy recommendations to hospital operators and senior healthcare executives. - Solid understanding of clinical pathways, peri-operative staffing, and surgical treatment approaches in India. - Extensive knowledge of healthcare data sources, business intelligence platforms, and data visualization methodologies. - Experience in LEAN, Kaizen, or management consulting is highly desired. - Fluency in English and willingness to travel within India and internationally.
