As a Senior Manager at BDO India Services Private Limited, a member of the international BDO network, you will play a crucial role in leading a large team and ensuring exceptional client service delivery. Your qualifications should include a CA certification and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: - Provide leadership to a large team, overseeing client service delivery - Prior experience in outsourcing sector, particularly in shared services or a related industry, is preferred - Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders such as Operations team, IT, HR, and client stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities - Identify and implement process automation initiatives in coordination with client stakeholders and operations team to enhance efficiency - Manage client escalations and drive performance improvement - Upsell and cross-sell other services to existing clients, working towards achieving annual revenue targets - Ensure process-led delivery through updated process manuals and documentation - Review SLA workings with Operations team members to drive necessary improvements and stakeholder engagement - Monitor compliance-related activities, engage with auditors as needed, and support preparation of presentations for client senior management - Support internal stakeholders in business development initiatives, people development initiatives, and hiring of key resources - Prepare client billing workings, validate invoices, and drive collections - Assist with FTE pricing, preparation of reports, and any ad hoc deliverables as required by management - Preferred knowledge of SAP and proficiency in MS Office tools - Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role About Company: BDO India Services Private Limited is a leading provider of strategic, operational, accounting, and tax & regulatory advisory services for domestic and international organizations across various industries.
