Job Description

As a Sales Director / Sr Sales Director at Darwinbox, your role involves working with Regional Sales Heads to develop and implement sales plans & strategies to mine incremental revenue from existing customers. You will be responsible for positioning Darwinbox effectively to win additional revenue through strategic business expansion and renewals. Collaborating with customer success teams to deliver committed results for customers and building strong relationships with them will be crucial. Your aim will be to make customers Darwinbox evangelists and deepen client relationships by engaging in solutioning clients' HR technology needs through new modules. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated on the latest HR Tech trends, actively network at industry events/conferences, and be a trusted advisor to customer CXOs by defining the Human Capital roadmap for the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Work with Regional Sales Heads to develop and implement sales plans & strategies - Position Darwinbox effectively to win additional revenue through strategic business expansion and renewals - Collaborate with customer success teams to deliver committed results and build strong relationships - Engage in solutioning clients' HR technology needs through new modules - Stay updated on the latest HR Tech trends and actively network at industry events/conferences - Be a trusted advisor to customer CXOs and define Human Capital roadmap for the organization Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of experience - MBA preferred - Previous experience in People Advisory or Solution-oriented consulting roles is a plus - Comfortable with flexible work timings and travel - Excellent negotiation, communication, time management, and organizational skills - Exposure to working in People Advisory practices, IT Advisory, Shared Services, etc., is preferred - Proven ability to understand customer pain points and propose solutions - Ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives - Track record of driving results under minimal supervision, with experience in building a vertical/new business being a plus At Darwinbox, you will be part of a fast-growing HR technology platform that aims to design the future of work by providing the world's best HR tech.
