As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet our organization's needs. Your responsibilities will include utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates. You will be responsible for screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidates" qualifications and fit for the roles. Additionally, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, which involves scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams. Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future technical positions will also be a key part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment or a similar role. It is essential that you have worked with Implementation Partners, State Clients, Tier 1, or Prime Vendors. A strong working experience with contract and FTE positions is also required. You should have a solid understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies such as data science, data engineering, Java, .net, DevOps, software development, and machine learning. Building relationships with candidates and hiring managers is crucial, so strong interpersonal skills are a must. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools will also be necessary for this role.
