Director- Issuer Services

As a Director for Citi's Issuer Services business in India, your role involves driving significant sales growth for Issuer Services in the Mumbai market and leading a team of Agency & Trust (A&T) Transaction Managers. Your responsibilities include: - Acting as the primary senior representative for Issuer Services in India, advocating Citi's values and expertise - Cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with clients and intermediaries in India - Providing strong leadership and operational oversight to the APAC A&T TRM team in Mumbai - Proactively identifying and targeting key intermediaries and clients to develop a robust sales pipeline - Effectively positioning Citi as the preferred partner for Issuer Services mandates in India - Collaborating with clients to understand deal structures and negotiate competitive pricing - Serving as a trusted advisor to clients and external intermediaries Qualifications for this role include: Experience and Skills: - Highly motivated self-starter with proven resourcefulness and team-player ethos - Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams in a regional or multi-cultural context - Critical experience in building professional relationships internally and externally - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Consistently positive outlook and proactive attitude - Excellent PC skills and client management expertise - Proven ability to understand complex deal structures and develop solutions - Success in building and leveraging client networks to drive business objectives - In-depth knowledge of the Indian financial market and regulatory landscape - Track record of successful sales experience in financial services Education: - 15+ years of experience, including 8-10+ years in managerial roles - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) is desirable This job description provides an overview of the role, and other job-related duties may be assigned as required.,
