This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Director of Institutional Sales. The Director will oversee and manage the institutional sales department, develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and identify new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating with finance for investments and budget management. The Director will also lead, mentor, and train the sales team to achieve the company's sales targets.
