Job Description

As a Director / Sr. Manager - HR Transition, Transformation & Metrics at Morgan Stanley, you will play a crucial role in analyzing existing workflows, performing benchmark gap analysis, and designing transformation workflows and automation opportunities to enhance efficiencies and reduce risks. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing existing workflows and performing benchmark gap analysis to identify areas for improvement. - Assisting in the design of workflows and automation opportunities to enhance efficiencies and reduce operational risks. - Utilizing statistical tools such as Tableau or Power BI to identify patterns and trends in complex data sets for diagnosis and prediction. - Developing and updating process documentation, work instructions, and other tools to support execution. - Collaborating with Global SPOCs to create interactive Metrics dashboards. - Analyzing regional and global trends that impact the industry and the organization. - Preparing comprehensive analysis reports for stakeholders to make informed decisions based on data analysis and trends. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in process analysis and dashboard designing. - Proficiency in Metrics and Dashboard experience using Advanced Excel, Power BI, VBA, or MS Access. - Hands-on experience with data feeds, data reconciliations, and databases. - Expertise in debugging abilities and advanced Excel skills. - Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and present projects to management. - Ability to present data in user-friendly dashboards to various stakeholders. - Proficiency in managing multiple projects with competing due dates and presenting status updates to management. - Experience with PeopleSoft or Workday HRMS is a plus. - Ability to work on project deliverables with minimal supervision and provide status updates.,
