Job Description

As a Director Vendor Development / Supply at Delhivery, you will be responsible for driving the next wave of logistics excellence by building and managing the vendor ecosystem that powers freight movement across India. Your key responsibilities will include: - Owning cluster P&L and driving supply-side growth - Discovering, onboarding, and retaining high-performing vendor partners - Leading a team of Supply Associates to ensure seamless truck placements across lanes - Pricing RFQs strategically to win business and maintain profitability - Managing key vendor relationships with a long-term, value-focused lens - Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Ops for market intelligence and expansion - Ensuring vendor training, performance standards, and dispute resolution To excel in this role, you should have experience in Sales, Operations, or Vendor Management, along with strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, as well as the ability to work comfortably in a high-growth, fast-paced logistics environment. You should also demonstrate a proven ability to lead cross-functional execution.
