Job Description

Job Title

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for multiple business units.
Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.

Reporting & Dashboard Development:

Design and implement management, business level reporting frameworks and dashboards for reporting and performance management.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of financial reports for leadership reviews.

Business Performance Analysis:

Provide actionable insights into revenue, cost, and profitability drivers.
Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Partner with business leaders to align financial goals with operational strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership with financial insights and recommendations.

Process Re-engineering & Automation:

Identify opportunities to streamline FP&A processes and implement best practices.
Drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
CPA/MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
15 years in FP&A roles, preferably in the
services industry with exposure to technology, supply chain, or B2B businesses
.
Strong understanding of
financial modeling, reporting tools (Power BI), and ERP systems
.
Thrives at working in a
collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment
.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
