Role Overview: Flipkart Commerce Cloud (FCC) is a leading digital commerce and retail media technology provider, dedicated to assisting retailers, brands, and marketplaces in advancing their digital transformation journey. FCC offers a comprehensive range of modular solutions, such as catalog management, pricing & promotions, recommendations, order management, cart & checkout, warehouse management, and retail media solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy & Execution: Devise and implement a go-to-market strategy for FCC solutions, concentrating on enterprise retailers, brands, and marketplaces. - New Business Development: Identify, engage, and onboard new customers through strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth. - Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within the retail and marketplace ecosystem. - Solution Selling: Comprehend customer pain points and effectively position FCC's solutions to meet their needs. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption and ensure customer satisfaction. - Revenue Ownership: Take ownership of and surpass sales targets, pipeline development, and forecasting responsibilities. - Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs to shape effective sales strategies. Qualifications & Experience: - 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, specializing in digital commerce or retail media solutions. - Demonstrated success in selling to retailers, brands, or marketplaces, with a robust network of industry relationships. - Profound understanding of digital commerce technology, encompassing catalog management, OMS, WMS, pricing & promotions, and retail media. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at various organizational levels.,
