Job Description

Role: Director - Finance

(Global Delivery Setup exprience is Mandatory)Location: Gurgaon.

Professional accounting designation (e.g., Chartered Accountant) with strong technical skills in Indian GAAP; IFRS knowledge is preferable.
Significant progressive experience in finance, accounting, or consulting, preferably with prior accounting and advisory firm experience.
Proven leadership and senior management experience, capable of managing large finance and accounting teams.
Expertise in developing and implementing financial processes, systems, controls, and finance transformation projects.
Experience in managing outsourced accounting functions and driving technology and process changes.
Strong operational and project management capabilities, with the ability to handle complex projects and competing priorities.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and create compelling presentations.
Knowledge of local tax compliance, financial reporting, treasury, and cash management, including collaboration with tax and treasury teams.
Ability to establish, monitor, and maintain an effective control environment and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Track record in driving organizational and cultural transformation, fostering employee engagement, development, and retention.
