Job Description

Role Overview: As the Lead, Enterprise Sales and Strategy at Kapture CX, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth. Reporting to the CRO, you will play a vital role in shaping the sales strategy, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your mandate will include managing the end-to-end sales cycle for strategic opportunities and executing the overall sales strategy effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals on strategic opportunities, collaborating closely with the CEO and internal stakeholders, and leading communication with external stakeholders. - Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's objectives. - Set sales targets and KPIs for the sales team, monitor progress, and make data-driven adjustments when necessary. - Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends to inform sales strategies. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and ensure exceptional service. - Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. - Provide regular sales reports and forecasts, highlighting successes, challenges, and growth opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Passion for sales and revenue growth, with a customer-centric approach and attention to detail. - 7+ years of experience in a high-paced B2B SaaS sales role is highly preferred. - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.,
