Job Description

As a Director/Associate Director - Enterprise Sales and Strategy at Kapture CX, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for our leading SaaS company specializing in customer support automation. You will closely work with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to shape the sales strategy, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Managing the end-to-end sales cycle for strategic opportunities will be a part of your mandate, alongside designing and executing the overall sales strategy. - **Sales Lifecycle Management:** Oversee the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals on strategic opportunities, by collaborating with leaders, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders. - **Sales Strategy Development:** Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's goals. - **Performance Metrics:** Set sales targets and KPIs for the sales team, monitor progress, and make data-driven adjustments as necessary. - **Market Analysis:** Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends to inform sales strategies. - **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and ensure exceptional service. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. - **Reporting:** Provide regular sales reports and forecasts, highlighting successes, challenges, and growth opportunities. - **Love for Sales/Revenue Growth:** You must have a passion for sales and meeting revenue targets, along with empathy for customer needs and attention to detail. - **Experience:** 7+ years of experience in a high-paced B2B SaaS sales role is highly preferred. - **Project Management:** Strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. - **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively liaise with a diverse group of stakeholders.
