We tackle complex challenges to build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that power the future of digital finance. If you re an engineer who loves pushing boundaries and solving tough problems, join us in building the technology that will define the future of Web3. You need to be a HODLer of these 15+ years in Infra/DevOps/Platform engineering, with 5+ years in leadership. Led 30+ engineers in DevOps/SRE/Platform orgs. Proven track record in high-frequency fintech/trading platforms. Built internal platforms reducing cost & improving DevEx. Hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, HA/DR, zero-downtime rollouts. Preferred Experience: Exposure to FinOps cost optimization at scale. Designed infra for 10K+ TPS trading or payment systems. Experience with developer platforms (Backstage, IDP, CI/CD portals). You will be mining through these tasks Drive 99. 99% uptime and Lead zero downtime migration strategies (blue-green, canary, schema changes). Build internal platform components (service mesh, CI/CD engines, feature flag systems, observability pipelines) to reduce reliance on managed cloud services. Partner with Engineering & Product to enhance developer experience (DevEx) through self-service infra, IDP, and developer portals. Own FinOps efficiency: reduce infra costs while scaling platform reliability. Build and mentor a 30+ engineer org across pods (Infra, CI/CD, Observability, DX). Success Metrics (Direct Accountability) Platform SLA Adherence: % of transactions meeting 99% uptime. Deployment Velocity & Safety: Deployment frequency with zero downtime migrations, change failure rate Infra Cost Efficiency: % cost saved via platform components vs cloud-native services.
