Job Description

As a Director of Demand Generation at Rocketlane, you will play a crucial role in leading and scaling the pipeline engine to drive qualified pipeline and hit revenue targets. Your responsibilities will span across various channels and strategies, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts and achieve desired outcomes. **Role Overview:** Rocketlane is a fast-growing SaaS company dedicated to revolutionizing customer onboarding and professional services automation. With a mission to empower B2B companies with efficient customer management solutions, we are a team of passionate professionals committed to building a product that enhances customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and execute the global demand generation strategy across channels such as paid media, SEO, lifecycle, and outbound-assist programs - Lead a team of 34 demand gen managers to implement region-, segment-, or product-specific plays - Collaborate with Sales to define ideal customer profiles, pipeline goals, SQL targets, and campaign priorities - Partner with Product Marketing to develop messaging, offers, and GTM programs that resonate with buyer personas - Work with Marketing Ops to ensure robust infrastructure for tracking, attribution, and lead handoff - Manage and optimize the demand gen budget to maximize ROI and CAC efficiency - Develop scalable campaign frameworks and experimentation models to drive consistent pipeline growth - Track performance metrics, report on key KPIs, and iterate strategies based on data-driven insights - Mentor and support the growth of your team while fostering autonomy and skill development **Qualifications Required:** - 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on demand generation - Strong leadership skills with a background in managing and mentoring teams - Proven track record of building and scaling pipeline engines to support high-growth sales teams - Experience in managing multi-channel demand gen programs across various motions - Proficiency in marketing metrics, CAC efficiency, attribution, and funnel optimization - Hands-on approach with the ability to set strategic direction and execute when necessary - Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams - Bonus: Experience in owning demand gen for mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales motions At Rocketlane, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact while working with a talented and passionate team.
