Are you prepared to represent a global brand in India and influence perceptions while making an impact in a rapidly changing technology environment As a brand and creative strategist with the Cognizant global Brand team, your role will be pivotal in enhancing our brand, reshaping perceptions, and distinguishing us from competitors in the swiftly evolving technology services sector. Your assistance will be vital in brand governance across various areas, including offices, employee experiences, client interactions, and more. From conceptualization of ideas like naming strategies to ensuring appropriate usage of our logo and curating content for our owned channels, your contributions will be instrumental. Working alongside a dedicated team, you will significantly influence the future of our company in India by delivering consistent and engaging high-quality experiences both digitally and in person. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with marketing and business leaders to translate the Cognizant brand strategy into flagship brand experiences. This may involve organizing in-person events such as Celebrating Cognizant and the annual Impact Award, virtual events, videos, HR/recruiting communications, and more. You will also provide guidance to marketing leaders and channel owners in developing creative approaches and impactful content that ensures a cohesive brand experience across various platforms like advertising campaigns, social media, thought leadership, internal communications, and office interiors. To excel in this role, you will direct, motivate, manage, and work alongside writers, designers, and agency partners to maintain brand consistency in messaging and design. Encouraging a culture of creativity and strategic thinking will be crucial in inspiring others to comprehend, value, and enhance our brand standards. Effective collaboration with key stakeholders such as HR, Marketing, and Communication teams will be essential to maintain consistent messaging and branding across all relevant touchpoints. Staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in employer branding and talent acquisition, particularly in the competitive Indian market, will be expected. In addition, your experience should extend to handling other projects related to brand strategy, brand architecture, global advertising campaigns, and brand guidelines/toolkits. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 15 years of corporate global brand experience, including 5-7 years in a B2B corporate brand or agency environment outside India, preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience onsite in the US or Europe. Experience in building and executing brands at a global scale, along with expertise in various aspects of brand strategy and visual and verbal identity, is highly desirable. Furthermore, a strong understanding of modern marketing tactics, the ability to ensure brand objectives are met across different channels, and a drive to innovate brand strategy and expression are essential qualities. Your leadership experience, both direct and through influence, in shaping an organization's brand strategy will be advantageous. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving requirements with strategic solutions is crucial. Lastly, your capability to engage and collaborate with associates in India and globally will be key to your success in this role.,
