Job Description

As a brand and creative strategist on the Cognizant global Brand team, you will play a pivotal role in helping to strengthen the brand, change perceptions, and set Cognizant apart from competitors in the fast-moving technology services industry. You will be responsible for brand governance across offices, employee experiences, client visits, and more, from coming up with naming strategies to determining the use of the logo and selecting content for owned channels. Your collaboration with leaders in marketing and other business areas will bring the Cognizant brand strategy to life in flagship experiences both in person and virtually. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with leaders on the marketing team to create flagship brand experiences - Consult with other marketing leaders and channel owners to develop creative approaches and content for a unified brand experience - Direct, motivate, and manage writers, designers, and agency partners to maintain brand voice and design standards - Foster creativity and strategic thinking to elevate brand standards - Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends in employer branding and talent acquisition - Work on brand strategy and architecture, global advertising campaigns, and brand guidelines/toolkits Qualifications Required: - At least 15 years of corporate global brand experience with 5-7 years in a B2B corporate brand or agency environment - Experience in all aspects of brand strategy and visual identity - Strong knowledge of modern marketing tactics across various channels - Ability to innovate brand strategy and raise the bar with each project - Experience leading teams and influencing broader brand strategy - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate with associates globally The Ideal Candidate: - Brings 15 years of corporate global brand experience with a focus on B2B corporate brand or agency environment - Ideally has experience working onsite in the US or Europe - Possesses expertise in brand strategy, visual and verbal identity, and modern marketing tactics - Demonstrates innovation in brand strategy and expression - Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and can collaborate with associates globally,
