Director Biddable

You will be joining WPP Media as a Director Biddable, responsible for developing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. Your role will involve leading targeted digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, utilizing your strong grasp of the current digital ecosystem, platforms, and strategies. - Plan and manage all digital marketing, trackers, communication, social media, and display advertising campaigns - Utilize strong analytical ability to measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance - Brainstorm new and creative KPI growth strategies - Evaluate digital performance across multiple channels and customer touchpoints - Collaborate with brand, internal team, and vendor partners - Evaluate emerging technologies and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate - Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels - 10+ years of experience in digital marketing - Accountability for tactical planning and implementation for a set of clients - Understanding of clients" brand identity, WPP Media Agency's deliverables, and campaign KPIs - Ability to create multi-channel/integrated activation plans in line with SOP - Coordination with stakeholders, particularly the Nexus Buying team for deal closures - Negotiation with vendors for activation plan including campaign value adds, FCT management, campaign execution, etc. - Optimization of activation plans to achieve objectives/KPIs WPP Media believes in fostering a culture of respect and equal opportunities for all employees.
