Director After Sales & Service Solid Dosage Pharma APAC

As the leader of After sales & service business for Pharma India, your role will involve overseeing Service sales, Field Service, and Installation & commissioning sub organizations. You will be responsible for various key tasks including: - Reviewing hot prospects, conducting sales/courtesy visits to customers, and managing Service sales & order intake. - Monitoring and reviewing the activities of the Field service team and the Installation & commissioning team to ensure timely project site completion. - Fostering customer centricity & expanding customer reach within the APAC region and other business regions. - Managing a team of 20 FTEs (Direct & Indirect reports) & 2 dotted org reports, including resource planning, training, and development. - Collaborating with GEA global counterparts for spares, service of Europe supplied machines & other supports. - Generating data for management reporting and promoting spares business & upgrade projects with new initiatives. Your Profile / Qualifications should include: - An Engineering background with a Business & customer centric mindset. - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a strong operational and cost focus. - Proven track record of handling teams and a customer-centric approach.
