Director After Sales & Service Solid Dosage Pharma APAC

As the leader of the After sales & service business for Pharma India, your role will involve overseeing Service sales, Field Service, and Installation & commissioning sub organizations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing Service sales & order intake, including reviewing hot prospects and conducting sales/courtesy visits to customers. - Monitoring Field service activity and ensuring project site completion on time. - Reviewing and monitoring the Installation & commissioning team's activities. - Fostering customer centricity & expanding customer reach within the APAC region and other business regions. - Supervising a team of 20 FTEs (Direct & Indirect reports) & 2 dotted org reports. - Monitoring resource planning, team members" training & development plans as per business requirements. - Collaborating with GEA global counterparts for spares, service of Europe supplied machines & other supports. - Generating data for management reporting. - Promoting spares business & upgrade projects with new initiatives/innovations such as Automation upgrade, Process upgrades for existing customers. - Facilitating promotions & upgrades for compression machines for existing supplied machines. - Providing support to global OSD sites for service & upgrade projects like GRAL, Single Pot processors etc. - Interacting with internal stakeholders like Procurement, Projects, sales, supply chain, manufacturing etc. - Implementing CRM system for effective customer management. Your Profile / Qualifications should include: - Engineering background with Business & customer centric mindset. - Minimum 10 years of similar experience. - Strong operational and cost focus with a proven track record in a similar role. - Customer-centric approach. - Experience in handling teams of more than 5-10 people.
