Job Description

We are looking for a proficient Engagement Manager . In this role, you will cultivate and strengthen client relationships while driving new business initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to achieve business objectives Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align account plans with overall business strategy Analyze market trends and client needs to develop tailored business strategies Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and concerns promptly Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support Lead and mentor a team of account executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them achieve their professional goals Drive team initiatives to enhance client engagement and account growth Utilize industry knowledge to understand client challenges and provide relevant solutions Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the life sciences sector Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions Resolve conflicts and disputes effectively, maintaining positive client relationships Requirements 15+ years of experience in account management Proven leadership experience in a managerial role Demonstrated participation in large-scale projects Knowledge of life sciences industry Skills in account strategy and planning Expertise in client relationship management Proficiency in business strategy development Capability to negotiate favorable terms and conditions Fluency in English
