Job Opening: Telemarketing Executive Domestic & NRI Clients (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for Domestic & NRI clients.
Explain real estate projects, investment opportunities, and benefits to potential buyers.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to convert inquiries into site visits and sales.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer experience.

Requirements:

Graduate / Diploma in any field (2+ years experienced candidates welcome).
Excellent communication skills in English & tamil (knowledge of other regional/foreign languages is a plus).
Prior experience in real estate / telemarketing / customer support will be an advantage.
Strong convincing ability, customer-focused, and goal-oriented.
