Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Direct Sales Executive, based in Mangaluru. The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers to effectively explain and promote Dish TV's products and services. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing customer queries, addressing concerns, maintaining strong client relationships, and collecting and reporting customer feedback. Collaboration with the sales team to strategize and drive business growth will also be essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address inquiries professionally.
• Strong Sales skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet targets.
• Knowledge of Finance and Insurance principles relevant to direct sales operations will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Previous experience in direct sales or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
