Job Summary:

The Regional Head (Sales & Marketing) will be responsible for driving admissions, branding, and business development activities for the assigned region. This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing plans, building institutional partnerships, and leading the regional sales team to achieve enrollment and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in educational marketing and a proven track record in managing regional operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with institutional goals.
  • Plan and execute annual admission targets, brand campaigns, and outreach programs.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the regional marketing and admission teams to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and propose corrective actions for growth.

2. Business Development & Institutional Growth

  • Identify and establish partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, and agencies for student acquisition.
  • Drive initiatives for new market penetration and expansion in assigned territories.
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional events to enhance institutional visibility.
  • Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to ensure consistent delivery of the institutions value proposition.

3. Marketing & Brand Management

  • Oversee digital and offline marketing campaigns (social media, print, outdoor, and event promotions).
  • Manage PR activities, branding materials, and institutional representation at education fairs and expos.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.

4. Admissions & Revenue Targets

  • Drive student enrollment targets for schools, colleges, or higher education programs.
  • Monitor admission conversion ratios and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Prepare and present regional performance reports to senior management.

5. Team Management & Reporting

  • Recruit, train, and mentor regional sales and marketing staff.
  • Ensure timely collection of fees and monitor financial performance of the region.
  • Prepare MIS reports on sales performance, market feedback, and projections.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Deep understanding of education sector dynamics and admission cycles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the

    education/institution sector

    (schools, colleges, universities, or training institutes).
