Employment Type: Full-time Salary: As per CBSE norms and school policy Job Summary: We are looking for a highly competent and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) and TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) .The ideal candidate will possess strong subject expertise, effective pedagogical skills, and a passion for academic excellence to facilitate learning for students. Key Responsibilities: Deliver subject-specific instruction aligned with curriculum standards (CBSE/State/ICSE). Develop and implement well-structured lesson plans and assessments. Track and evaluate student progress through regular tests and assignments. Create a conducive and inclusive classroom environment for advanced learning. Guide students for board examinations and competitive entrance tests (if applicable). Participate in departmental meetings, staff development programs, and school events. Maintain accurate academic records and communicate effectively with parents. Qualifications & Skills: Undergraduate / Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject (mandatory). B.Ed. from a recognized institution (mandatory). Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities. Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technology.
