Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the overall Direct Connectivity system, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
  • Provide technical support for the Direct Connectivity platform, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, working closely with internal and external technical teams
  • Partner with the technology provider to track, communicate, and follow up on open issues until closure.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, configurations, and enhancements.
  • Identify new technical requirements (e. g. , SAP integrations, new workflows, data interfaces) and document them for review and implementation.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for the solution, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and interface specifications
  • Assist with technical configurations, system monitoring, and user support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, EMA, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, including audit trails and data integrity.
  • Oversee system testing, regression testing, and change management from a technical perspective.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and external partners on the tool.
  • Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve system performance, scalability, and adoption.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and incorporating lessons learned into future projects.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in System Integration, Enterprise Application Development with Java or JavaScript (Node JS, React JS), Relational Databases (e. g. PosgreSQL), Cloud environments.
  • Knowledge on Workflow technologies, ERP/MES systems, supply chain or manufacturing systems.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and the external technology provider.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
