Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Diploma or Graduate Engineer Trainee from a Mechanical Engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DG sets , excellent proficiency in MS Excel , and experience in reporting, costing, budgeting , and tender preparation . Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparation and analysis of cost estimates , budgets , and technical reports . Support the team in tender documentation and bid submission processes. Prepare and maintain MIS reports , dashboards, and performance trackers using Excel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project planning and execution. Gain hands-on experience and product knowledge in Diesel Generator (DG) sets and other mechanical systems. Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for price estimation and technical clarifications. Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking for cost-effective solutions. Ensure documentation and reporting as per company standards. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.) Understanding of costing methods , budgeting, and financial planning Basic knowledge of DG Sets and mechanical systems Experience with tender documentation and government/industrial bids (preferred) Strong analytical and communication skills Self-motivated with attention to detail Ability to work under deadlines and multitask efficiently Qualifications: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering 0–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers can apply) Prior internship or training in costing/reporting/budgeting preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
