Diploma Candidates - Senior Technical Executive

Eligibility: ITI/Diploma candidate in any specialization with 1-3 years of experience

Skills Needed:

ü Knowledge of basic networking – LAN, WAN & MAN

ü Critical thinking skills

ü Excellent knowledge in cable laying and Tools handling

ü Ability to maintain composure under pressure & Adaptive to challenging situations

ü Highly organized, quick learner, and an ability to work in a team environment.

ü Good observation skills & willing to learn

ü Outgoing personality with great attitude

Roles & Responsibilities:

ü Handles customer support requests primarily via phone, chat, and tickets

ü To conduct a site survey in the customer place

ü Carries out the assigned cabling tasks (CAT6 data or Electrical wire or Voice) & PVC Conduit/Truff fixing tasks including laying, splicing, testing, fault location and maintenance activities promptly, systematically, efficiently, and according to the prescribed procedures and standards

ü Installation and maintenance of customer network devices/equipment and systems

ü Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems

ü Provides technical troubleshooting of product offerings and offers solutions that satisfy customer

ü Procurement of necessary stock items for carrying out network activities

ü Resolve problems reported by end user

ü Responsible for implementation, execution, control, and completion ensuring consistency with company commitments and goals.

ü Attending meetings, workshops and Trainings

ü Adopting to work hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
