As an inventive transformation consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will be blending your strategic, creative, and scientific capabilities to collaborate closely with clients in delivering cutting-edge solutions tailored to their challenges of today and tomorrow. Informed and validated by science and data, superpowered by creativity and design, all underpinned by technology created with purpose. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage with clients to understand business challenges and design innovative, tailored solutions - Conduct business analysis to identify gaps, define requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions - Lead consulting engagements, including discovery, assessment, and defining target state digital workplace strategies - Respond to RFPs and RFIs by collaborating with internal teams to create compelling proposals - Work closely with sales teams to position Capgemini's offerings and support deal closures - Prepare and deliver presentations showcasing Capgemini's capabilities to prospective clients - Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital workplace solutions - Work in Agile environments, contributing to iterative development and continuous delivery - Develop and maintain reusable assets such as case studies, solution decks, and thought leadership content - Manage stakeholder relationships by facilitating communication, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment throughout **Qualifications Required:** - Strong business acumen and ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions - Program and change management expertise to drive transformation initiatives - Ability to craft creative solutions and think strategically under tight timelines - Experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs and creating persuasive proposals - Ability to analyze client environments and recommend improvements in experience, productivity, and analytics - Familiarity with PowerApps, Power BI, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and other automation/analytics tools (added advantage) **Additional Details:** At Capgemini, you will find a supportive environment for flexible work arrangements, whether it's remote work or flexible work hours, to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
