What You’ll Do

• Grow our English YouTube channel and digital presence with data-driven strategies.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, experimenting with new formats and platforms.
• Collaborate with editorial, social, and visual teams to maintain a consistent news brand.
• Mentor a talented team of producers, anchors, and editors.

Who We’re Looking For

• 12–15 years in digital journalism with a

  strong background in news channels or media houses

  .
• Master’s in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Proven success growing digital video audiences on YouTube within the news space.
• Excellent English language skills and storytelling for news audiences.
• Deep understanding of production tools, editorial workflows, and platform algorithms in news media.
• Experience leading creative teams in fast-paced news environments.
