Digital Transformation manager

As a Digital Transformation Manager in the Digital Enterprise division at the Gurgaon location, your primary responsibility is to lead digital transformation initiatives from the perspective of the Automotive department across the organization. You will oversee end-to-end project management activities, including project tracking, reporting, and risk management for all assigned projects. Your key accountabilities include: 1. Creating Business Value: - Delivering major automation projects that bring significant business value, quality, and benefits to end users and customers. - Collaborating with business teams to develop a value roadmap and detailed project plan. 2. Project Delivery: - Monitoring and ensuring project delivery within set deliverables, scope, timeline, and budget. - Conducting daily stand-up meetings with the project team to track progress and ensure flawless project execution. - Maintaining project documentation according to defined processes. - Establishing a project reporting structure and providing regular updates to management, AUT CoE, and senior stakeholders. - Engaging with business stakeholders, MSIL seniors, partner vendors, and AUT stakeholders to stay informed about project status. 3. Risk Mitigation: - Identifying potential risks in project execution and planning mitigation strategies. - Promptly escalating issues that could impact project delivery. - Incorporating learnings from previous projects to drive continuous improvement. 4. Business Understanding: - Leveraging business knowledge to recommend process improvements for more efficient project delivery. - Maintaining close engagement with business stakeholders. Technical Capabilities: - Demonstrating a strong understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and landscape. - Possessing domain knowledge in a manufacturing company. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Preferably having hands-on experience with project management and monitoring tools like Jira.
