Utilization of project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau is preferred. Effective collaboration and negotiation with senior stakeholders to drive decision-making and project success are key aspects of this role. The successful candidate should have a consulting background, hands-on experience in digital transformation projects, and a proven ability to lead projects independently within BFSI/Insurance/Finance Consulting. Minimum 4+ years of BFSI industry exposure is required, along with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
