An Opportunity to Work with One of Indias Leading Credit Card Tech Innovators BOBCARD (A Bank of Baroda Subsidiary) Education: BE/B.Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience: 11-20 years Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (5 days' from Office) Industry Experience: BFSI, NBFC, Digital Banking Role Overview: As an Assistant Vice President Digital Tech Lead , you will spearhead the digital transformation strategy, driving cutting-edge technology adoption across customer-facing and backend systems. You will be responsible for architecting scalable digital platforms , managing cloud-based solutions, and leading the implementation of AI-driven customer experiences, real-time payment systems, and secure digital banking applications . This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to shape the organizations digital future. Technical Skills & Experience: Digital & Cloud Technologies: Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub), AWS, or Azure Kubernetes, Docker, Helm for cloud-native deployments API Management (IBM API Gateway, Apigee, Kong, MuleSoft) Software Development & Architecture: Microservices & Serverless (Spring Boot, Node.js, Python, .NET Core) Event-driven architecture (Kafka, Google Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ) Full-stack development with Angular, React, or Vue.js AI & Advanced Analytics: AI-powered customer experience (chatbots, NLP, personalized recommendations) Predictive analytics for credit scoring, fraud detection, and churn prevention Low-code/no-code AI platforms for rapid experimentation Security & Compliance: API security (OAuth, OpenID, JWT) and data encryption best practices Compliance with RBI, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and ISO 27001 standards AI-driven fraud detection and anomaly detection solutions Preferred Qualifications & Emerging Skills: Experience in Open Banking APIs and Embedded Finance . Exposure to Hyper-Personalization using AI & Data Science . Familiarity with blockchain for secure digital transactions . Understanding of quantum computing and its impact on financial services . Soft Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. Ability to translate business goals into scalable tech solutions .
