  Business Analyst Digital Solutions

  to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and digital technology.
• You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, defining solutions, and supporting the delivery of innovative digital products and platforms that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital transformation or IT projects

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define digital solution requirements.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product design and functionality.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications for development teams.
• Create process models, user stories, use cases, and wireframes as needed.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather insights from end-users and business stakeholders.
• Partner with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure the solution aligns with business objectives.
• Assist in testing digital solutions to ensure requirements are met and quality is maintained.
• Track project progress, manage changes to scope, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Identify areas for process improvement through technology and propose digital innovation strategies.
• Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new digital solutions.
