Digital SME

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary expert on digital solutions, platforms and processes relevant to the organizations domain (e.g., digital transformation, Industry 4.0, automation, ERP, analytics, AI/ML, or IoT)
• Evaluate and recommend digital technologies, frameworks, and tools that improve efficiency, collaboration, and customer experience
• Partner with business leaders and IT teams to design and implement scalable digital strategies
• Translate complex technical capabilities into practical business applications
• Develop best practices, governance standards, and digital adoption frameworks
• Provide training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing sessions to internal teams
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive practices
• Support project delivery by offering deep domain expertise during design, development, testing, and deployment phases
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring digital initiatives align with organizational goals and regulatory compliance
• Participate in customer discussion and share proposals

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in ComputerScience, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, 12-15 years of professional experience, with at least 5-7 years in a digital transformation, consulting or SME role
• Prior experience of designing, solutioning, architecting enterprise level solutions is a must
• Expertise in one or more digital domains (e.g., cloud computing, AI/ML, cybersecurity, automation, ERP/CRM platforms, data analytics, IoT, automation or e-commerce)
• Strong understanding of digital business models and industry best practices
• Proven track record of driving digital adoption and delivering measurable business outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Certifications in relevant digital platforms/technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce, SAP, Google Analytics, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus
• Good to have exposure to Automotive and Mobility domain
