Digital Sales Executive

Job Position: Social Media Executive/ Digital Lead Generation Executive / Online Business Development Executive

Salary: 2.4 -4.8 Lacs Per Annum for Job Offer

Working Hours: 11 AM - 6PM (Indian Shift); 1 PM-10 PM (UK Shift)

Job Requirements:

Handling Company's Social Media Accounts

Generating Sales through online Sales Channels

Communicating through both voice (Phone Calls) and non-voice support (Email, Live Chat on Website, Facebook Messages, WhatsApp chats).

Details of Process:

The process involves informing clients about the services offered, understanding their specific requirements, giving price quotes and booking the orders. The task also involves following up with the clients, answering their queries, convincing them about the best service quality offered and maintaining records of the orders booked. The candidate would also be responsible for assigning the booked orders to the Experts and get the tasks completed before their respective deadline while ensuring high quality work.

Skills Required:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Knowledge of Social Media Channels
• Bachelors of Masters Degree in Management, Science, Technology or Commerce
• Any prior experience will be a plus
• Ability to handle pressure and work on tight deadlines.
• Excellent multitasking skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
