Digital Program Manager

Job Role Description:

Highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead and manage digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital technologies, project management, and team leadership. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital projects that drive innovation and enhance our technological capabilities.

• Program Management:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cloud technology and modernization programs.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, operations, and support.
• Lead and manage multiple digital technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Project Execution:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of digital projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
• Resource Management:
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal project performance and delivery.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Process Improvement:
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Implement best practices in digital technology project management.
• Technology Integration:
• Stay current with emerging digital technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and integration into projects.
• Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems and processes.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: 15+ years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on cloud technologies and IT Modernization.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, services, and best practices.
• Experience with legacy system modernization, application migration, and infrastructure optimization & Modernization.

Project Management Skills:

• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex digital projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, AI/ML, IoT, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is a plus.

Communication Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive teams.
