Job Description

Digital Product Manager Remittances

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Product Development:

Develop and implement solutions by integrating partner platforms with internal systems.
Build business cases, collaborate with technology teams, and oversee the development of remittance applications.
Train clients and internal stakeholders on product functionalities and updates.
Track business performance and create marketing collateral for internal and external stakeholders.

Risk & Compliance Management:

Ensure adherence to risk and regulatory frameworks while executing transactions.
Conduct regular audits to maintain high documentation and compliance standards.
Act as a liaison between product, operations, risk management, and relationship teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
Vet agreements in alignment with legal and compliance guidelines.

Internal & External Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with
BDTS, Operations, Risk Management, Legal Risk Management, and the Product Team
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
clients, customers, and vendors
to drive business success.
