The Digital Partnerships (Senior Manager / Chief Manager) position based in Delhi and reporting to the AVP Digital Partnerships in the Digital & D2C function requires a high-ownership, entrepreneurial individual. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently building, managing, and scaling digital partnerships across various ecosystems including fintech, insurtech, ecommerce, healthtech, and others. This role demands a proactive approach where you will be expected to identify and pursue new business opportunities, assess prospect viability, and drive deals from inception to completion. Building strategic partnerships with minimal supervision, crafting pitches, evaluating fit, and closing value-generating partnerships will be key responsibilities. Being part of an innovative team focused on digital distribution, you will have the autonomy to create and the necessary support to scale your initiatives. To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital partnerships or business development, with a strong background in fintech, digital insurance, platforms, or SaaS. Additionally, a well-established personal network in the ecosystem, the ability to work independently, and a fair command of PowerPoint and Excel are essential.
