Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Act as site-level
Digital Officer & champion for MES deployment
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering, SCM, IT).
Support
MES implementation, configuration, testing & SAP integration
.
Provide
user training, workshops, and adoption support
.
Serve as
first-line MES support
during and after go-live.
Monitor MES usage, ensure
data accuracy, compliance & process digitalization
.
Drive cultural change toward
Industry 4.0, Smart Factory & digital-first operations
.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in
Engineering / IT / Operations
.
5 - 10 years of experience
in Manufacturing / IT Systems.
Hands-on experience with
MES systems implementation
(mandatory).
Exposure to
SAP modules and integration
.
Knowledge of
Industry 4.0, IoT, Digital Transformation trends
.
Strong analytical, problem-solving & change management skills.
Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities to engage diverse teams.
